
There are basically three ways to enjoy dark chocolate covered cherries: individual cherries covered with dark chocolate, dark chocolate over cherries and some kind of liquid, and dark chocolate bars containing cherry.
Dark Chocolate Cherries

If you just want cherries covered with dark chocolate, there are plenty of options, from all kinds of producers, including Godiva. You can find Bing, Maraschino, Rainier, Northwest, Piemont, and other kinds of cherries. With no liquid filling the dark chocolate outside is generally glossy, and might be sold in a bag, individually wrapped or not wrapped in a box, or even in a gift jar or a tin.
There are a couple of interesting variations on the plain dark chocolate cherries, including chipotle or hazelnuts mixed into the chocolate.
Liquid Filling

Dark chocolate cherries with liquid filling are usually individually wrapped, or are packaged in a box. The make up of the liquid filling divides these dark chocolate cherries into three classes:

I've found a good collection of dark chocolate bars containing cherry, usually along with some other ingredient. Only the Green & Black's was simply dark chocolate with cherries. Still, it's a very tasty list:
